Telesales Team Lead

Job Description

* Minimum Graduation

* Lead, coach, and motivate a team of call center agents.

* Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews.

* Experience: 2–5 years in a call center, with at least 1–2 years in a Sales leadership role (Health or Life Insurance Telesales)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of telesales agents focused on Health & Life Insurance.
• Drive daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and ensure team performance meets business goals.
• Monitor agent performance through regular call audits and provide actionable feedback.
• Conduct team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and periodic performance reviews.
• Identify training needs and facilitate skill enhancement for underperforming team members.
• Foster a high-performance, result-oriented culture with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal sales guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–5 years of call center experience, with 1–2 years in a telesales leadership role, preferably in Health & Life Insurance.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Goal-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
