Job Title: Home Loan Sales Manager

Salary Range: ₹33,000 – ₹43,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in sales (preferably in banking, NBFC, or financial services)

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Home Loan Sales Manager to lead and drive home loan sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, managing client relationships, and supporting a small sales team to achieve targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate and manage leads for home loans through field sales, referrals, and direct marketing
• Guide customers through home loan products, eligibility, and documentation process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and channel partners
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis
• Support and motivate junior sales executives
• Coordinate with banks and internal processing teams for quick loan approvals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Good understanding of home loan products and sales processes
• Target-driven mindset with problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (home loans or financial products preferred)
• Experience in team handling is an added advantage
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
