The Position

Patient Journey Partner – Oncology

We are looking for a dynamic Patient Journey Partner (Oncology) who will take ownership of end-to-end account management and drive meaningful impact across the patient care continuum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end oncology accounts, ensuring seamless engagement with all key stakeholders

• Develop and implement patient-centric solutions that improve access, adherence, and outcomes

• Shape and strengthen the healthcare ecosystem by integrating our oncology portfolio effectively

• Collaborate with oncologists, hospitals to identify gaps and deliver tailored solutions

• Drive brand strategy execution through strong field insights and account planning

• Enable patient access programs, support services, and innovative care models

• Act as a strategic partner to healthcare providers, not just a product promoter

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong experience in oncology sales / key account management

• Deep understanding of patient journey in oncology care

• Ability to think beyond products and offer holistic solutions

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Strategic mindset with strong execution focus
