Job Opening: Patient Relationship Executive (PRE)
Company: Vijaya Diagnostic Centre
Location: Punjagutta
Qualification:
Any Degree
Experienced: 1+ years
Requirements:
Front office or patient handling experience is mandatory
Hospital or diagnostic centre experience is mandatory
Responsibilities:
Handle patient interaction at front desk
Guide patients regarding services, tests, and procedures
Coordinate with doctors and internal departments
Manage patient queries and provide proper information
Ensure smooth patient flow and appointment handling
Handle billing coordination and report guidance
Maintain patient records and basic documentation
Provide support to patients for a better service experience
Languages Required:
Telugu, Hindi, English
Age Criteria:
Below 30 years
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable appearance is mandatory
Strong coordination and problem-solving ability
Patient-friendly and polite behavior
