Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for pending payments through phone calls, emails, and visits.
- Maintain records of customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams regarding payment status.
- Send invoices, reminders, and payment confirmations.
- Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Prepare daily and weekly collection reports.
- Ensure timely collection of dues as per company policies.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling).
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
- Time management and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail.
