Role : Personal Secretary : Female Candidates Only.
Base Location: Hyderabad / Hybrid – Work from Home and Travel.
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: 01/05/2026
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month Plus Incentives.

Position Overview.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and travel-ready Personal Secretary female candidates to support the CEO and key business functions. The role involves administrative support, stakeholder coordination, field engagement, and strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Support administrative, basic accounting, and marketing coordination.
- Organize meetings with corporates, NGOs, Self-Help Groups, and other stakeholders for CSR initiatives.
- Facilitate training programs in micro-level farming (poultry, eggs, vegetables, fruits, medicinal plantations, nutraceuticals) across rural regions.
- Conduct research and compile information as requested by executives.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the CEO.
- Assist the CEO with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Support establishment of outlets in Tier-III, Tier-II, and Tier-I cities.
- Travel extensively within India and abroad for meetings, seminars, and exhibitions.
- NOTE : THIS IS NOT A DESK JOB. Flexible Timings and PROJECT based work profile.
Required Qualifications.
- Preferable Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media.
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presentation and ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Languages: Good command of English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India, including rural areas.
