Job summary: We are looking for a Camera Operator / CCTV Monitoring Executive to monitor live and recorded store camera footage, track employee activities, check store opening and closing, observe customer handling and sales behavior, and report any violations, suspicious activities, or operational issues. The role requires strong observation skills, attention to detail, discipline, and timely reporting.

• Key responsibilitiesMonitor live and recorded CCTV footage of retail stores
• Check store opening and closing timing
• Track employee attendance, behavior, and working hours through camera footage
• Observe customer interaction and sales conversations
• Verify whether staff are following SOPs and company process
• Report issues such as late opening, poor customer handling, misconduct, missing branding, security concerns, or suspicious transactions
• Cross-check voids, returns, disputes, and unusual transactions with footage
• Maintain proper logs and reports of findings
• Escalate serious issues to management on time
• Support audit and compliance checks through video review
• Ensure regular reporting store-wise and issue-wise
• Skills requiredGood observation and monitoring skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to prepare reports in Excel or Google Sheets
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in night shift
• Discipline and confidentiality
• Ability to identify suspicious activity and compliance gaps
• Preferred background: Experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance, backend operations, audit, or store monitoring
• Experience in BPO, retail operations, security monitoring, or process monitoring is a plus
