Job Description
Job Summary:
A Picker & Packer is responsible for selecting products from warehouse shelves, checking product quality, packing items securely, and preparing orders for dispatch to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick products according to order requirements.
- Scan items using a handheld scanner.
- Verify product quantity and quality before packing.
- Pack products safely to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counting and stock management when required.
