Job Description
BigBasket Store Associate / Picker / Packer / Loader role
Order Picking
Pick grocery products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
Use scanners or handheld devices to verify items and quantities.
Packing & Dispatching
Pack items safely for delivery.
Label and sort orders according to delivery routes.
Prepare orders for dispatch within the required timelines.
Loading & Unloading
Load packed orders onto delivery vehicles.
Unload incoming stock from trucks.
Move goods within the warehouse using trolleys or pallet jacks when required.

Eligibility
10th Pass or above.

Age generally 18–35 years.

2500 /- attendance Bonus performance Bonus /- 3000 TO 10,000 depends on performance
up to 16,000 to 18,000 /-
financial district areas - 20,000 /- take home

afternoon and night shifts
2pm to 11pm
11pm to 8am
