• Primary skills:Process->Development Methodology->Infosys Global Agile methodology • Knowledge of more than one technology • Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals • Knowledge of Testing tools • Knowledge of agile methodologies • Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects • Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes • Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements • Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills • Good understanding of the technology and domain • Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure they are purposeful and time-boxed. • Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Scrum teams, promoting Agile values, principles, and best practices. • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment with business goals. • Identify, track, and remove impediments to protect the team’s focus and maintain steady delivery flow. • Monitor and report on team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) and drive data-informed improvements. • Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies and ensure smooth cross-team collaboration. • Support adoption and continuous improvement of Agile/SAFe practices across the team or program level. • Facilitate effective communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making within the team and with stakeholders. • Encourage a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and feedback to enhance team maturity and delivery quality.
