Designation: Intern – Quality Assurance / QAE Intern

Functional Area:

Assessing students' core employability skills through video calls, collecting feedback, and preparing basic reports using MS Excel.

Objective of the Position:

To support the QAE team in assessing students' employability skills, collecting feedback, maintaining records, and assisting in quality-related reporting and coordination activities.

Major Deliverables

• Daily Responsibilities
• Assess students through video calls 
• Support in evaluating core employability skills 
• Collect feedback from students 
• Prepare and maintain basic reports in MS Excel 
• Update daily assessment records and trackers 
• Coordinate with the internal team for assessment-related activities 
• Assist in quality documentation and reporting work 

Reporting to: Manager – QAE

Functional Competencies

• Student assessment through video calls 
• Feedback collection and documentation 
• Basic reporting and data management in MS Excel 
• Coordination and communication with students and internal teams 

Essential Attributes

• Should have excellent communication skills 
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office 
• English – Speaking, Reading, and Writing (must have) 
• Hindi – Speaking (must have) 
• Should be able to work effectively in a team 

Qualification

• Minimum qualification – Graduate 
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) is required 

Desired Experience

• Freshers can apply 
• Internship/project exposure in assessment, quality, training, operations, or reporting will be an added advantage

• Willingness to learn and work in a structured team environment 

Internship Duration: 3 to 6 Months (can be changed as per requirement)
