Pre-Primary Teachers

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and qualifications)
• Experience Required: 0 to 4+ years of experience in early childhood education or pre-primary schooling.
• Note for Freshers: We warmly welcome freshers to apply! If you are deeply passionate, dedicated, and possess the confidence to effectively handle, care for, and engage young children, we would love to have you onboard.
• Educational Qualification: Montessori Certification or a Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. / B.Sc.) with a keen interest in early childhood pedagogy is also welcome.
• NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), PPTTC (Pre-Primary Teacher Training Course), or ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) certification is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

• Play-Way & Activity-Based Teaching: Ability to teach foundational concepts (phonics, numbers, shapes, and colors) using interactive storytelling, rhymes, songs, puppets, and educational toys.
• Nurturing Environment: Extremely high patience, empathy, and a warm, loving approach to managing a classroom of toddlers.
• Motor Skills Development: Designing creative arts, crafts, coloring, and sensory activities to develop fine and gross motor skills.
• Safety & Hygiene Supervision: Ensuring the physical safety, emotional well-being, and hygiene of the children throughout school hours.
• Effective Communication: Clear, gentle communication with children, and the ability to provide detailed, positive updates to parents during parent-teacher meetings.
