Primary Language Teacher & Maths Teacher

Primary Language Teachers (Classes 1–5)

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Experience Required: 0 to 4+ years of dedicated experience in primary language education.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in the respective language literature. A B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) is mandatory to ensure they understand child psychology and early pedagogy.

 Required Skills:

• Extremely high patience and a warm, nurturing approach to classroom management.
• Ability to design creative visual aids, flashcards, and language games.

Primary Maths Teacher (Classes 1,2)

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and qualifications)
• Experience Required: 0 to 4+ years of experience in primary school education.
• Educational Qualification: B.Sc./B.A./M.Sc./M.A. in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. / D.Ed. is highly preferred/mandatory to ensure a strong understanding of child psychology and early childhood pedagogy.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

• Ability to design and use concrete visual aids, math manipulatives, and mathematical games to explain abstract concepts.
• Strong command over primary-level math concepts.
• High level of patience and a nurturing classroom presence to handle young children confidently.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to explain logical concepts in a simplified, child-friendly manner.
• Regular evaluation of student performance, maintaining records, and providing constructive feedback to parents during PTMs.
