Job Description

Process Associate

SurePrep (India) Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Process Associate to support our tax preparation services through efficient data entry, document management, and meticulous proofreading of legal and tax documentation.

About the Role:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry for various tax-related forms and legal documents.
  • Manage and organize digital and physical documents, ensuring proper indexing and retrieval.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents and tax documentation, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Participate in and adhere to established approval processes for document and data workflows.
  • Proofread all processed documents and data for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.
  • Contribute to the design and improvement of forms for efficient data capture and processing.
  • Handle and process various forms, including tax forms, with precision.
  • Maintain a highly organized work environment and documentation system.
  • Support the tax preparation team by ensuring all necessary documentation is readily available and correctly processed.


About you:

  • Proven experience in data entry and document management.
  • Familiarity with legal documents and tax documentation is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent proofreading and accuracy skills.
  • Ability to follow established approval processes and guidelines.
  • Proficiency in using software for form processing and document management.
  • Basic understanding of tax forms and tax preparation concepts is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
