Quality - MEP and Structural Steel

The Lead – Quality – MEP & Structural Steel – Site is responsible for ensuring that all MEP and structural steel works executed at the site conform to approved quality standards, client specifications, and statutory regulations. This role involves conducting inspections, supervising the QA/QC team, coordinating with vendors, execution teams, and clients to deliver a zero-defect product and maintain proper documentation for handover. 

Implement and oversee quality plans and ITPs for all MEP and structural steel activities, including fabrication, installation, and testing, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications. ?  Conduct stage-wise inspections for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems, as well as for steel fabrication, welding, surface preparation, and erection. ?  Ensure incoming materials (cables, pipes, valves, structural steel sections, etc.) are inspected, tested, and approved before use, as per standards and project requirements. ? Coordinate with third-party agencies for material testing, NDT (for welding), and statutory inspections, ensuring timely clearances and documentation. ? Supervise inspection of fabrication works (shop and site), including welding quality, bolt tightening, painting, and galvanizing as per WPS, QAP, and client requirements.
