Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to handle property sales and rental transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to build relationships with clients..

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries for both property sales and rentals
• Generate and follow up on leads from portals, calls, and walk-ins
• Conduct site visits and property showings
• Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to clients
• Maintain a database of available properties (sales & rental listings)
• Coordinate with property owners, builders, and tenants
• Negotiate deals and close sales/rental agreements
• Assist in documentation and agreement process
• Achieve monthly sales and rental targets
• Support in marketing activities (WhatsApp, social media, portals)

Required Skills:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of real estate market (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Good presentation and customer handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, property portals)

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• Real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory
