Job Description
Sell life insurance policies directly to customers, often through warm calls, cold calling, or referrals.
- Lead Management: Generate own leads or work on company-provided leads to convert them into clients.
- Customer Advisory: Understand client needs, provide solutions, and explain policy benefits clearly.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Relationship Management: Maintain post-sale relationships for renewals and cross-selling.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate completion of insurance documentation and adherence to company policies.
