Job Description
Job Summary
Surangi Estate is hiring a proactive Field Sales & Marketing Executive to support lead generation and property sales activities. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in field sales or marketing, with the ability to meet prospects directly, explain land investment opportunities, and close leads.
Key Responsibilities
Visit prospects and conduct direct field sales meetings
Explain land/property offerings to potential customers
Generate and follow up on leads to drive conversions
Handle client queries and support the sales closure process
Build relationships with prospective buyers
Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
Maintain records of leads, visits, and follow-up activities
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Field Executive roles
Experience in real estate sales is a plus
Strong communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with field work and customer interactions
Target-driven and self-motivated approach
Preferred Skills
Lead generation and closing skills
Customer relationship management
Basic knowledge of property or land sales preferred
