Job Description
💼 Role: Real Estate Sales Manager
📍 Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
💰 Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month

🎯 What You’ll Do:
Handle end-to-end property sales (leads → site visits → closures)
Manage customer relationships & negotiations
Coordinate with interiors & furniture teams for upselling
Track leads, follow-ups & conversions (no lazy pipeline)
Build and optimize sales processes & execution
🔍 Who We’re Looking For:
2–4 years experience in real estate / high-ticket sales
Strong closing skills (not just calling)
Good understanding of Hyderabad real estate market
Ability to handle sales + operations together
Hustler mindset — ownership > excuses
