Job Description

Cinema Chronicle is looking for a professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced media environment.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and office calendars.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and external partners.
  • Maintain visitor records and office documentation.
  • Support HR and administrative tasks when required.
  • Assist with event coordination, interviews, and media meetings.
  • Ensure the reception and office area remain organized and presentable.
  • Handle courier services, office supplies, and basic inventory management.
  • Provide administrative support to editorial, social media, and management teams.
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, scheduling tools).
  • Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Interest in media, entertainment, or cinema industry is a plus.
  • Preferred SkillsGood interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in media, production, or entertainment offices preferred.
