Job Description
Cinema Chronicle is looking for a professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced media environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and office calendars.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external partners.
- Maintain visitor records and office documentation.
- Support HR and administrative tasks when required.
- Assist with event coordination, interviews, and media meetings.
- Ensure the reception and office area remain organized and presentable.
- Handle courier services, office supplies, and basic inventory management.
- Provide administrative support to editorial, social media, and management teams.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, scheduling tools).
- Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Interest in media, entertainment, or cinema industry is a plus.
- Preferred SkillsGood interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in media, production, or entertainment offices preferred.
