We're Hiring: Front Desk Executive / Receptionist
📍 Location: ProRehab Physiotherapy & Fitness Centre
🕒 Full-Time Position
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Executive to join our team.
- Responsibilities:Greet and assist patients and visitors
- Manage appointments and scheduling
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups
- Maintain patient records and billing
- Coordinate with therapists and ensure smooth clinic operations
- Manage basic administrative tasks
- Requirements:Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp)
- Well-organized and professional attitude
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Female candidates preferred
