Job Description
We are hiring a Recruiting Intern to support the Human Resources team in end-to-end recruitment. This internship offers valuable exposure to HR operations, hiring workflows, and talent acquisition strategies.
Location: Hyderabad (WFO), Remote in Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting jobs on job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates for documentation and Onboarding.
- Support in recruitment for internal and client projects.
- Help maintain recruitment dashboards and reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA (HR) students or recent graduates preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
