Research Analyst

We are looking for a results-driven Research Analyst – Client Acquisition to identify and research potential clients for our recruitment services. The role focuses on using professional research and prospecting tools to build a high-quality pipeline of companies and decision-makers who are actively hiring or likely to require recruitment support.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential client companies requiring recruitment services
• Use tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred), job portals, and company databases to source qualified leads
• Identify key decision-makers (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Founders, Directors, etc.)
• Build and maintain accurate prospect databases with verified contact details
• Analyze hiring trends, company growth indicators, and recruitment needs
• Segment leads by industry, geography, hiring volume, and urgency
• Support outreach and sales efforts with targeted and well-researched lead lists
• Track and update lead status using spreadsheets or CRM tools
• Continuously refine research strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates
