3.Salary Budget max for approval -25 Other industry to 28k same industry Net pay

5.Languages -English, Hindi ( managable ) and Local language
6.Education -Min PUC ( if candidate has excellent communication ) Graduation ( Mandatory )
8.Work location -As per the sheet
9.Working time -1st shift ( 10am to 7pm Female ) and ( 2nd shift 12pm to 9pm Male )
10.Working days -6 Days and 1 Rotational Off
11.Skills -strong communication, Relationship building, Empathy, Objection handling, Product knowledge, KPI's

RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet customers, identify needs, provide product recommendations, and deliver personalized service to drive sales and enhance customer experience.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.Work towards achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Operate cash registers, handle cash and card transactions, and process returns or exchanges accurately.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory management.
