Job Description
About the Company:
We are a leading multi-brand footwear retail chain with 80+ stores across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka. With aggressive expansion plans, we are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our growing team.
Role Summary:
The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overall store operations, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer experience, and leading the store team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Performance:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Drive store KPIs like conversion, average bill value (ABV), and units per bill (UPT)
- Plan and execute store-level promotions and offers
- Analyze sales reports and take corrective actions
Store Operations:
Ensure smooth day-to-day store functioning
- Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising (VM)
- Manage inventory, stock availability, and replenishment
- Reduce shrinkage and control stock loss
Customer Experience:
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high satisfaction
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
- Ensure proper product knowledge across the team
Team Management:
Train, motivate, and supervise store staff
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor performance
- Conduct regular team briefings and reviews
- Drive team productivity and discipline
Visual Merchandising (VM)
Ensure attractive product display as per brand guidelines
- Refresh visuals regularly to attract customers
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and promotions
Key Requirements:
Experience: 3–7 years in retail store management (preferably footwear)
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Sales-driven mindset with target orientation
- Basic knowledge of retail KPIs and reporting
