About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to help expand our customer base, increase brand awareness, and generate revenue. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting customers, promoting products or services, handling sales activities, and supporting marketing campaigns.

This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve targets.



  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers, clients, institutes, businesses, or partners.
  • Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Present company products and services to prospective customers.
  • Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
  • Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and support.
  • Negotiate pricing, packages, and contracts when required.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
  • Marketing ResponsibilitiesSupport digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Promote the company through social media, WhatsApp, email, events, and local activities.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns.
  • Visit colleges, coaching centres, institutes, shops, offices, or other target locations for brand promotion.
  • Distribute brochures, posters, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and customer needs.
  • Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Help organize promotional events, seminars, workshops, and exhibitions.
  • Create and maintain a database of leads and customers.



  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
  • Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer handling.
  • Confidence in speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to travel locally when required.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills.



  • Educational QualificationAny Graduate / MBA / BBA / Marketing background preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.



  • Experience0 to 3 years of experience in sales, field sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship roles.
  • Experience in education, EdTech, coaching institutes, FMCG, telecom, insurance, or digital marketing is an advantage.



  • Preferred QualitiesTarget-driven and enthusiastic.
  • Comfortable working in the field and meeting people.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand products and explain them clearly.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Able to handle pressure and work in a fast-growing environment.
