Sales Co-ordinator

JSR Group Suncity is seeking a dynamic and persuasive Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for promoting our real estate projects, understanding client needs, and setting up appointments for the field sales team.

Office Locations:

·        Head Office: Kothapet (East Hyderabad)

·        Branch Office: Miyapur (West Hyderabad)

Key Responsibilities:·   

·        Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain project details and plot offerings.

·        Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to convert leads into sales.

·        Coordinate and assist customers with site visits and home visits when required.

·        Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

·        Submit daily reports and updates to the Sales Manager regarding lead status and customer feedback.

Candidate Profile :

Education: Any Degree

Experience: 1 years (Real estate experience is an added advantage).

Languages: Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

Requirements:

·        Minimum 1 year experience in sales / telecalling / real estate sales coordination.

·        Good communication and convincing skills.

·        Ability to handle customers professionally.

·        Must be willing to coordinate site visits and customer meetings.

·        Languages required: Telugu, Hindi, and English.
