We partner with schools, colleges, and coaching centers to deploy advanced artificial intelligence that completely transforms their operational efficiency, testing capabilities, and overall management.

The Role: We are looking for 3 aggressive, results-driven Field Sales Executives to lead our expansion across Hyderabad. This is a pure B2B, face-to-face closing role.

• Hunt: Identify and visit Schools, Junior Colleges, and Coaching Institutes across your designated zones in Hyderabad.
• Pitch: Meet directly with Principals, Directors, and Institute Owners to understand their operational bottlenecks.
• Demonstrate: Perform live, high-impact demonstrations on your tablet/phone to show them the power of our AI platform in action.
• Close: Negotiate and close annual software subscriptions.

Who We Are Looking For:

• The Hustler: You aren't afraid of rejection, and you know how to get past the front desk to reach the decision-maker.
• The Communicator: Fluent in Telugu and English with high professional confidence.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of field sales or B2B sales experience. (Prior experience selling to schools or the education sector is a massive bonus).
• Requirements: You must have a smartphone and your own two-wheeler for daily city travel.

The Compensation (Why You Should Join): We want sales reps who want to make serious money. We offer a stable base salary with one of the most aggressive incentive structures in the industry:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on your experience).
• Massive Uncapped Incentives: You will earn a flat ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 cash incentive for EVERY single deal you close. Close 4 deals in a month? You just made an extra ₹40,000 on top of your salary.
