Sales Executive

About the Role: Chaudhary Jewellers is looking for a confident, friendly, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing jewellery products, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
• Explain product details, designs, quality, pricing, and offers clearly.
• Handle customer queries and build strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers throughout the purchase process.
• Maintain proper presentation and display of jewellery.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and potential purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming showroom environment.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth showroom operations.
