✓ Recruit and onboard Channel Partners / Insurance Advisors

✓ Train and motivate partners to improve productivity

✓ Develop and expand agency distribution network

✓ Support advisors in policy sales and customer acquisition

✓ Monitor performance and ensure target achievement

✓ Maintain long-term relationships with partners

Required Skills

✓ Strong communication and leadership skills

✓ Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI / Agency Sales preferred

✓ Ability to recruit, train, and manage teams

✓ Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

✓ Good market knowledge and networking skills

Eligibility

✓ Graduation preferred

✓ Insurance or field sales experience is an advantage

✓ Freshers with strong sales mindset can also apply
