Sales Manager — Furnishings & Interiors
📍 Hyderabad | Full-time
About the Role
We're looking for a driven Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle, from chasing down qualified leads to closing deals, in the furnishings and interior solutions space. You'll be the primary revenue driver for the business, working directly with clients, architects, and interior designers to convert interest into signed orders.
What You'll Do
Proactively follow up on and convert inbound and outbound leads
Own the sales pipeline end-to-end, from first contact to deal closure
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable flooring/furnishing solutions from our catalog
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and repeat clients
Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals
Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable with both cold outreach and client-facing meetings
Working knowledge of furnishings, flooring, or the broader interiors/home décor industry (prior experience strongly preferred)
Proven ability to independently chase and close deals, not just manage inbound inquiries
Self-starter with strong follow-through, this role requires persistence
Comfortable using basic CRM/tracking tools to manage pipeline
Nice to Have
Existing network among interior designers, architects, or contractors in Hyderabad
Prior experience in B2B sales for building materials or home furnishing products
Compensation
Base pay: ₹35,000–45,000/month, based on experience
Performance commission: 2–4% on closed deals (tiered, the more you close, the higher your rate), paid monthly
Quarterly incentive: Additional bonus for hitting quarterly targets
Target annual earnings: ₹6–9L+ at expected performance, uncapped upside for top performers
