Your day at NTT DATA
As a Security Services Architect at NTT DATA, you'll immerse yourself in a dynamic, collaborative environment where your expert knowledge and pre-sales skills will shine. Your primary responsibility will be to co-create value with clients by designing secure, innovative, multi-year Managed Services solutions across the security technology domain. You will work closely with our sales and delivery teams to develop competitive solutions and commercial models that meet client needs, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless implementation.

You will tackle the design of complex managed service solutions, integrating technology and service design to align with client requirements. This involves conducting engaging sales presentations, product demonstrations, and ensuring our Managed Service offerings are top-notch. You'll test, validate, and recommend improvements to our service designs, interfacing with platform delivery teams to make our solutions even more robust and competitive.

In your role, you'll be responsible for mapping client requirements against proposed service elements, coordinating end-to-end solution development, and executing consulting approaches that effectively communicate the value of our services. You'll play a key part in designing secure architectures covering Cloud Services, Technology Architectures, SIAM, SLAs, and ITSM best practices, driving client engagement and securing buy-in for our solutions.

Your ability to facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams will be essential, as you'll help uncover client needs, present tailored solutions, and support commercial model discussions. You'll also assist in managing vendor relationships and ensure smooth transitions from solution design to service delivery. Sharing insights from client outcomes and market conditions will help our teams evolve strategies and develop future-ready innovative solutions.

To thrive in this role, you need to have:

• Extensive experience in Security Managed Services, with deep knowledge of network security, cloud security, endpoint security, identity and access management (IAM), and DATA protection.
• A proven track record of designing security managed services solutions for large enterprises and structuring multi-year profitable contracts.
• Experience working in global delivery environments across multiple geographies and industries.
• Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret diverse information and DATA.
• The ability to facilitate workshops, discover requirements, present solutions, and secure client buy-in.
• Strong communication skills to convey the value and potential improvements of solutions to all levels of stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset, contributing to team success in a matrixed organization.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in your specialized field.
• A bachelor’s degree in information technology/systems or a related field.
