Senior Civil Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage end-to-end construction and infrastructure projects in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should bring deep technical expertise, on-ground project management experience, and hands-on proficiency with drawings and civil execution workflows.

You will be responsible for overseeing civil works, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of projects exceeding 10 lakh sq. ft. in scale.

Key Responsibilities:

🏗️ Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the full cycle of civil construction projects — from concept to completion.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, materials, and manpower.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety norms, and quality standards.

📐 Technical Expertise & Drawings

• Demonstrate strong technical acumen with in-depth understanding of structural drawings, BOQs, and AutoCAD — expertise at a “keystroke level.”
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for execution accuracy.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for technical approvals and on-site modifications.

Prerequisites:

✅ Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Civil Engineering project management.

✅ Mandatory experience working in Hyderabad, Telangana or nearby regions.

✅ Must have independently handled projects totaling 10 lakh sq. ft. or more.

✅ Strong command over drawings, design interpretation, and technical documentation.

✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.

✅ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and site coordination skills.

✅ Immediate joiners preferred — will be given additional weightage.
