Job Role
We are hiring experienced Senior Insurance Sales Agents for a growing insurance company. Candidates with strong experience in Life & Health Insurance sales and client handling are encouraged to apply. The role involves generating business, managing clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell life & health insurance products to customers
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain records of sales and follow-ups
- Stay updated with insurance products and market trends
Eligibility
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Insurance Sales
- Experience in Life & Health Insurance is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to handle clients independently
