Senior Test Analyst 
We are looking for a highly experienced, external Senior Test Analyst to join us.

Within this critical project, you will be the driving force behind our functional 
testing activities, focusing heavily on functional acceptance testing, local integrations, and 
End-to-End (E2E) chain testing to ensure the x-one rollout is a success. 
This is a purely execution-focused (hands-on) contract role designed for a seasoned 
specialist who loves staying close to the technology and can hit the ground running. your knowledge to support and coach our internal junior and medior colleagues during this 
project. 
What will you do within the x-one program? 
● Design complex test scenarios: Independently draft advanced test scripts in Gherkin 
within TestRail, specifically based on global x-one release notes and user stories from 
local changes. 
● Hands-on testing: Execute deep functional and regression tests on the Salesforce 
environment and connected SaaS solutions utilized within the x-one ecosystem. 
● Integration & E2E testing: Oversee and execute the validation process for complex 
local integrations connecting to the global x-one platform. 
● Coaching & Support: Onboard, support, and coach junior and medior colleagues 
on-the-job within the testing team (e.g., guiding them in writing robust Gherkin scripts or 
analyzing complex defects). 
● Quality Assurance: Accurately report findings in Jira and act as a strong sparring 
partner for developers and Test Automation Engineers to optimize the automated 
regression suite for the x-one deliverables. 
Who will you collaborate with? 
● Reporting line: You will report directly to the Test Manager / Domain Manager of the 
x-one program. 
● The testing team: You will work closely with immediate testing colleagues in both the 
Netherlands (NL) and the global team within the international organization. You will serve 
as the senior go-to expert within the project team. 
● Stakeholders: Colleagues from existing local IT domains within RGN IT and local 
Product Owners involved in the x-one transition. 
What do you bring? 
● Education: An HBO/WO (Higher Professional/University) working and thinking level, 
preferably with a degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field. 
● Experience: A minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a (functional) tester in 
large-scale, complex, and fast-paced IT environments. 
● SaaS & Salesforce: Deep, demonstrable experience with testing within Salesforce 
implementations and low-code platforms (crucial for the x-one infrastructure). 
● Mentorship: A genuine passion for guiding and coaching less experienced colleagues, 
with the desire to remain in a highly technical/analytical execution role for the duration of 
this contract. 
● Methodology & Tools: Strong experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks, TestRail, Jira, 
and Gherkin syntax. 
● Languages: Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken proficiency in 
English
