Role Overview:

The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for our customers. You are not just an inspector; you are a trusted consultant. Your goal is to conduct thorough vehicle audits, build rapport with clients, and ensure a seamless, professional service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professional Consultation: Greet customers and conduct detailed physical inspections of cars and bikes.
• Quality Auditing: Identify technical issues, maintenance needs, and cosmetic requirements with high accuracy.
• Trust Building: Communicate findings clearly to customers, explaining the "why" behind service recommendations without using jargon.
• Reporting: Maintain precise documentation of vehicle health reports and customer requirements.
• SLA Compliance: Ensure the transition of the vehicle to the logistics team happens smoothly and on time.
• Valid Driving License: Must be proficient and licensed to drive both Geared Two-Wheelers and Four-Wheelers (Manual/Automatic).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (English and local language).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional grooming standard.
• Good technical knowledge of four-wheeler and two-wheeler mechanisms.
• A valid driving license for both 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers is mandatory and must be proficient in driving both.
