Service Engineer

Job Description:

HADWISE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is a growing organization specializing in electronic security and ELV systems, including CCTV surveillance, fire alarm systems, and networking solutions. We are committed to delivering high-quality services and innovative solutions to our clients across India.

Job Responsibilities:

-Installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV systems (IP & Analog)

-Configuration of DVR/NVR, IP cameras, and networking devices -Handling installation and maintenance of ELV systems as required

-Conducting site surveys and preparing technical reports

-Troubleshooting and resolving on-site technical issues

-Performing preventive and breakdown maintenance

-Coordinating with internal teams for smooth project execution

-Maintaining proper documentation and service reports.

Products to Handle (As & When Required): ---

-CCTV Surveillance Systems

-Fire Alarm Systems

-Walkie Talkies

-Wireless Devices

-Public Address (PA) Systems

-Other ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Systems

Required Skills: -

• Hands-on experience in CCTV and basic ELV systems
• Knowledge of networking (IP addressing, LAN/WAN)
• Understanding of structured cabling (UTP/Fiber preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Good communication and client-handling ability

Work Structure:

This role will primarily be work-from-home.

However, the candidate must be available for field visits as and when required.

The candidate will be assigned tasks and locations by the internal team and will be required to visit client sites to perform installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting activities.
