Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementPlan, implement, and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and optimize operational processes to enhance service delivery and performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards related to EV operations.
- Team ManagementLead, mentor, and supervise the operations team to achieve departmental goals.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure accountability and productivity.
- Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to identify growth opportunities.
- Fleet ManagementOversee the EV fleet's maintenance, availability, and utilization to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor vehicle performance and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
- Implement strategies for cost control and fuel efficiency.
- Reporting and AnalysisPrepare and present regular reports on operational performance, KPIs, and financial metrics.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all operations-related activities.
