Roles and Responsibilities (CCMS or Street Light Maintenance)

• Supervise day-to-day street light maintenance activities within the assigned area.
• Monitor and operate the CCMS (Centralized Control & Monitoring System) for street light performance.
• Receive, register, and track public and client complaints.
• Assign complaints to maintenance teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with field technicians for fault identification and repair.
• Ensure all non-functional street lights are restored within the defined SLA.
• Monitor feeder panels, switching schedules, and energy consumption through CCMS.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify maintenance quality and system performance.
• Maintain records of complaints, repairs, outages, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and complaint status reports.
• Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and spare parts.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
• Coordinate with local authorities, clients, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Escalate critical issues and prolonged outages to the Project Manager.
• Monitor team attendance, productivity, and work quality.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as per the maintenance schedule.
