AI Beauty Pod (Skincare Products) role:

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused AI Beauty Pod Specialist to assist clients with skincare consultations using AI-based tools and recommend suitable skincare products. The role involves understanding customer needs, analyzing skin conditions, and providing personalized product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct AI-based skin analysis using Beauty Pod technology
  • Recommend appropriate skincare products based on skin type and concerns
  • Educate customers about product usage, routines, and benefits
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction
  • Keep track of customer records and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with the sales team to drive product conversions

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in skincare, cosmetology, or beauty consultation
  • Basic understanding of skin types, concerns, and treatments
  • Comfortable using technology/AI-based tools
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented approach
