Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Solar Field Sales Executives to promote and sell residential and commercial solar solutions across Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, willing to travel, and eager to build a career in the fast-growing renewable energy industry. Freshers are welcome to apply, and complete product training will be provided.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit residential, commercial, and industrial customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Educate customers about rooftop solar systems, benefits, and cost savings.
- Conduct site visits and collect customer requirements.
- Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, and door-to-door campaigns.
- Schedule customer meetings and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Build long-term customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- EligibilityQualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate / Diploma / Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of field sales experience
- Basic communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Willingness to travel across Hyderabad
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
- Required SkillsGood communication and presentation skills
- Customer handling and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
