Spa Therapist

Role Overview:As a Spa Therapist, you will provide high-quality treatments and services to guests in a serene and relaxing environment. Your role will involve delivering therapeutic treatments such as facials, massages, body treatments, and wellness services. You will ensure each guest receives exceptional care, leaving them relaxed, rejuvenated, and with an enhanced sense of well-being.

• Key Responsibilities:Provide Spa Treatments:
• Deliver professional services such as massages (Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, etc.), facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other spa treatments, ensuring personalized attention and high guest satisfaction.
• Guest Consultation:
• Conduct initial consultations with guests to assess their needs and preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and inform them about the benefits of each service.
• Customer Care & Hospitality:
• Maintain high levels of hospitality by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guests' comfort, and addressing any questions or concerns regarding treatments and the spa menu.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Hygiene Standards:
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained according to the spa's cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay up-to-date with spa products, equipment, and treatments. Recommend home-care products and services to guests based on their needs, and explain how to use them.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other therapists, spa attendants, and management to ensure smooth spa operations and a positive experience for guests.
• Upsell Spa Services & Products:
• Actively promote and upsell spa treatments, packages, and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Professional Development:
• Continuously improve your skills and stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and spa therapies through training and professional development programs.
