Store Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Take complete ownership and responsibility for all assigned tasks.

Maintain strict punctuality.

Handle customers professionally and courteously.

Perform billing, tagging, and thorough inspection of clothes during billing.

Ensure all garments are completed on time as per customer requirements.

Maintain the studio setup and ensure everything is organized and in proper condition.

Open and close the studio on time every day.

Be flexible to extend working hours in case of heavy workload.

Send daily reports of Pending Orders, Daily Orders, and Deliveries to the Manager.

Record all financial transactions in the register and update daily Cash and Online transactions to the Reporting Mangar.

Plan daily work efficiently and ensure timely completion with the team.

Ensure deliveries are completed within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time).

Manage pickups and deliveries on time.

Keep the studio neat, clean, and well-organized at all times.

Attend customer calls, messages, and other communication channels promptly.

Clear the previous month’s pending deliveries and outstanding customer payments by the 7th of every month.

Maintain proper company dress code during working hours.

Complete studio inventory reconciliation on the 1st of every month.
