Engineering Supervisor

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day M&E operations including HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Ensure all Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules are executed on time.
• Monitor breakdowns and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime.
• Lead and manage technicians, electricians, and vendors on-site.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance logs, reports, and compliance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for service delivery and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of M&E systems.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and cost optimization measures.
• Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, DG operations, and building maintenance.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices and compliance requirements.
• Qualifications:Diploma / ITI in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (Degree preferred).
• Certification in electrical safety or HVAC (added advantage).
• Experience:3–6 years of experience in facility management or M&E maintenance.

Experience in commercial buildings, IT parks, or industrial facilities preferred.
