Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Team Leader to manage and drive our lead generation efforts for our EdTech services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of telecallers, ensuring consistent lead flow, enhancing team performance, and delivering accurate product knowledge related to universities, colleges, and their courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the telecalling team to achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Monitor daily calling activities, conversions, and overall team productivity.
- Prepare and present weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics and improvement areas.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team has up-to-date knowledge of universities, colleges, and course offerings.
- Ensure adherence to calling scripts, quality standards, and company processes.
- Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and output.
- Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, marketing, etc.) to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM systems.
