About the team:

IDSIS team will work on Central topics for DIV I. The main goal of the team is to bring synergies across projects and use common resources. Team is responsible for Test strategies, Test Automations, Tool Migrations, Framework Updates and Library development for DIV I.
We are seeking a highly motivated HiL/SiL Senior Test Engineer to join our automotive engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background and hands on experience with HiL and SiL testing. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting edge automotive projects focused on ASW, Application Variants, and Transmission Systems.

 

What you can look forward to as a Software Test Engineer:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related field with 7–10+ years of experience in Automotive Software Testing, specifically in SIL/HIL environments and ASPICE SWE.6
• Knowledge of SWE.6 verification processes, verification specification, and requirement based testing. Hands on experience with dSPACE, ETAS LABCAR, Vector tools, or similar real time test benches.
•  

Your Profiles as a Software Test Engineer:

• Experience with real time simulation, ECU communication testing, I/O signal monitoring, and hardware level fault injection. Strong knowledge of automotive communication (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet).
• Experience with tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, and bus debugging equipment. Python experience is a must. EXAM Tool experience is an added advantage
• Handle SW6 requirements and develop test cases for Application Variants. Execute Software in the Loop (SIL) and Hardware in the Loop (HIL) Testing
• Perform Full Software Qualification Testing. Develop Test Automation using EXAM or Python frameworks. Conduct Defect Analysis and support Issue Resolution
• Develop and maintain generic, scalable test cases compatible with all application variants. Write Python libraries for automation support purposes
