Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with customers, explain products/services, and generate leads or sales. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Generate leads and follow up with customers
- Maintain customer records and call reports
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
- Resolve basic customer queries and complaints
- Coordinate with sales or support teams when required
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to convince and negotiate
- Customer handling skills
- Fluent in Telugu/Hindi/English (as applicable)
