Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing ExecutiveJob Summary:A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and provide customer support. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain a database of customer information and call records
• Follow up with customers for feedback or further communication
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary
• Required Skills:Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Good listening and convincing skills
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
• Fluency in relevant languages (local + English preferred)
• Qualifications:Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus
• Work Environment:Office-based

• Salary (Typical Range):Entry-level: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000/month (may vary by location)
