Job Title: Telecaller

Job Description:

  1. We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to make outbound calls and handle inbound calls. The role involves explaining products and services maintaining customer relationship

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound call potential customer
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
  • Explain company products/services clearly
  • Follow up with interested customers
  • Maintain call and customer records
  • Meet daily and monthly calling targets

Qualification:

  • 12th pass (Intermediate) mandatory
  • Any stream

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Telugu preferred; Hindi/English added advantage)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
