Customer handling

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable two-wheeler models
• Explain product features, pricing, EMI options, and ongoing offers
• Schedule test rides and showroom visits to convert inquiries into sales

Problem solving

• Address customer objections, concerns, and queries promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to resolve post-purchase issues
• Ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience at every touchpoint

Business development

• Proactively follow up with leads from campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly targets
• Identify upselling opportunities such as accessories, insurance, and AMC plans
• Contribute actively to dealership revenue and growth goals

Data operations

• Accurately update customer details, call outcomes, and lead status in the CRM
• Maintain daily call logs and follow-up schedules without gaps
• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the sales manager
• Support data-driven decisions by keeping records clean and up to date
• Skills requiredStrong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Target-oriented with a positive and persuasive attitude
• Basic knowledge of two-wheeler models and market is preferred
• Fluency in local language (Telugu/Hindi) is an advantage
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate
• Prior experience in telecalling, automobile sales, or customer service preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
